There had been increased insecurity which has caused fear both to public and the government. To deal with this , the government of Kenya has adopted digital means of surveillance. The surveillance include CCTVs and a highly modern control center with modern technology of facial recognition.
Most of the cameras are wireless and solar powered to ensure they are operational for most of the time..
TO THE GOVERNMENT: we want to see the idea fully implemented and operating. The digital biometric database should be set up before the end of promised period.. Mobilize people to support you and give their details.
