From CAK to ICC

Digital television comes in two forms, free to air and commercial (paid). In kenya KBC under its subsidiary signet, Pan African Network under its subsidiary star times and the revoked Africa Digital Network are the authorised free to air service providers.
Africa Digital Network(ADN) is joined venture between Nation Media Group which own NTV and QTV, Standard Media Group which own KTN and Royal Media who own Citizen. The companies digital broadcast licence was cancelled by Communication Authority of Kenya following a disputed advert. CAK was instructed by The Supreme court to grant the licence for fair competition.
Following the licence cancelation, the company has said it will take further action which include filing a case at ICC. They are however being advised to seek dialog first.
